Shipping and returns


Supply of Orders during holiday periods:

Summer 2024: Orders received after August 9th will be shipped from August 31st

Christmas 2024: Orders received after December 20 will be shipped from January 2, 2025.


By placing an order, Natkits (Mas Valls sa) undertakes to deliver the requested item or service to the customer's address or to the place where agreed. The customer, for his part, undertakes to receive it.

Delivery time

Delivery time to the Peninsula/Balearic Islands is approximately 3-5 days.

Payment methods

You can pay for your purchase in the following ways:

1- Credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and other national and international cards). For this purpose, a secure payment gateway is used whose providers are Shopify payments/Paypal/ Caixabank ADDon /Google pay.

2 - Deposit into account/bank transfer. Once the purchase has been made, you can make a deposit into our CAIXABANK bank account IBAN ES22 2100 0039 9802 0104 8336

You have 3 days after placing your order to pay the amount. After 3 days from placing your order online without receiving the credit into your account, the order will be automatically cancelled. The order will not be processed until the amount is received in our current account, so the delivery time in this case may be extended.

Issuing invoices

An invoice will be issued whenever the tax information is completed when placing the order and is requested by email at the end of the purchasing process.

Delivery issues related to the logistics company

Any anomaly regarding the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products...) must be rigorously indicated by email to shop@natkits.com, or a certified letter to the address of Calle Major 16, 08901 L'Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona), during the next (2) two business days after the delivery date, mentioning said claims.

Delivery error

The consumer must notify Natkits (Mas Valls sa) on the same day of delivery or at the latest on the first business day after delivery, of any type of claim due to a delivery error and/or non-conformity of the goods in kind or quality, with respect to the information provided in the order form.

After this period, any claim will be denied.

Any claim made in accordance with the rules mentioned above and after the specified deadlines will not be considered and Natkits (Mas Valls sa) will not be liable to consumers.
In the event of a delivery error or an exchange, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to Natkits (Mas Valls sa) with all the elements of the order and in its original packaging, in perfect condition, to the address: Calle Major 16, 08901 L'Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona).

In order for the exchange to be accepted, it must be reported and have the prior approval of Natkits (Mas Valls sa), which in case of agreement will resend the package to the correct address. Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, unless it is proven that the product does not correspond to the original declaration made by the consumer, so that the exchange can be carried out correctly.

Returns and exchanges policy

Natkits will exchange all products that are new and unused. The customer has 14 working days to exercise their right of withdrawal from receipt of the product. To do so, they must send a letter to the attention of Natkits at Calle Major 16, 08901 L'Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona) and email: shop@natkits.com stating the following:

“I hereby inform you that I am withdrawing from my contract of sale of the following item --– Order number: –-- Order on date: –-- Name of consumer: --– Address of consumer---“ duly signed.

The customer must return the product by courier, bearing the costs incurred and being responsible for ensuring that the product is returned in perfect condition. Finally, if the product is not returned in its original packaging or with its consumables or accessories used, the refund will not be processed.

In the case of defective products, Natkits will proceed with immediate exchange and will bear all shipping costs, provided that the product is in stock. If not, the amount of the product will be returned to the customer, with Natkits (Mas Valls sa) taking charge of the costs that this may generate. The resolution will not proceed when the lack of conformity is of little relevance.

The customer must keep the box, envelope or packaging in which they received their order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping items over €60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
